Micron reported fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 results on September 30, 2026, and the headline is hard to miss: revenue of $54.23 billion, up from $11.32 billion a year earlier. This follows the numbers we flagged in our Micron earnings preview.

  • Q4 revenue: $54.23 billion, up 379% from $11.32 billion a year earlier.
  • Fiscal 2026 revenue: $133.19 billion, up from $37.38 billion.
  • Q1 fiscal 2027 guidance: revenue of $61.5 billion plus or minus $1.5 billion.
  • Quarterly dividend: $0.15 per share, payable October 29, 2026.

What were Micron's fiscal Q4 2026 numbers?

Per Micron's earnings release filed with the SEC, Q4 GAAP gross margin was 86.8%, or $47.05 billion. Operating cash flow was $43.97 billion for the quarter, against $5.73 billion a year ago. For the full fiscal year, GAAP gross margin was 80.7%, operating cash flow was $89.68 billion and net capital spending was $27.37 billion.

Where did the revenue come from?

Micron reports by customer segment in this release, not by DRAM and NAND:

  • Cloud Memory: $16.28 billion at an 83% gross margin
  • Core Data Center: $18.00 billion at a 90% gross margin
  • Mobile and Client: $13.11 billion at a 90% gross margin
  • Automotive and Embedded: $6.82 billion at an 84% gross margin

Data center segments together contributed more than $34 billion, which shows how heavily AI infrastructure is driving memory demand.

What is Micron's guidance for next quarter?

For Q1 fiscal 2027, Micron expects revenue of $61.5 billion plus or minus $1.5 billion, a GAAP gross margin of about 85.95% and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $38.15 plus or minus $1.00. Investing.com's summary of the slides also describes supply as much tighter through 2027 and 2028, a reading we attribute to that outlet.

Why should readers care?

Memory is the quiet constraint behind AI servers, and Micron's numbers are a useful read on that demand. Treat guidance as a company forecast, not a promise, and this is not investment advice. More market coverage is in our stock trading section.
